Our users are the forefront of everything we do. It’s important to us that we are constantly improving the platform to deliver maximum results to the people who mean the most to us – our users and their clients. That’s why we’ve launch our ‘You Asked, We Built’ user feedback commitment, starting with eConveyancer.

As part of our dedication to the ongoing development and improvement of the Smartr365 platform, we provided brokers with an ‘in app’ user feedback channel, powered by UserVoice, to comment on the features that they like within the platform, as well as the functionality to provide feedback, suggest improvements, and even to request completely new features that they would like built in.

The feedback is collated and displayed live to all users –giving completely transparency to all – and allowing every user the opportunity to vote on the suggestions that have been made by their peers.

After hearing what our users had to say, eConveyancer has now been seamlessly integrated with Smartr365’s Fact-find tool to automatically pre-populate data. This integration also gives brokers the ability to automatically notify customers when each stage is completed and provides access to ULS DigitalMove – an even faster way of digitally processing the case via the available solicitors.

Thanks to the improvements to ULS’ eConveyancer, the Smartr365 provides brokers and their clients with a bespoke user journey to further broaden our service offering. This development will speed up the conveyancing process significantly, giving brokers more control, choice, and flexibility.
