Tasks and Notifications
Smartr365 launched Tasks and in app notifications so that the system can track user ‘To Do’ lists, leaving advisors free to focus on the advice process

2018

Client Docustore Lunch
Smartr365 delivered the first in a series of major functionality updates with the release of a complete platform redesign, a new user experience for Smartr365 users in the through the Document Store, and the creation of a dedicated Introducer Portal
Client portal launches
Smartr365 launched its client portal, making it quick and easy for borrowers to progress and keep an eye on their mortgage application
Legal & Generals Invests in Smartr365
Legal & General’s fintech business made its first investment in Smartr365, purchasing a £3m minority stake investment in the platform. As of May 2021, Legal & General’s total investment in Smartr365 stands at £8.5m
Industry first lender integration
Smartr365 announced an industry-first API integration to Halifax, the largest mortgage lender in the UK. This shook up the whole industry and opened everyone’s eyes to the benefits that technology could deliver

Smartr365 receives its first VC funding.
Smartr365 received £1m in early-stage funding from Fig VC in December 2017 to continue to build the Smartr365 team and platform

Conor Murphy founds Smartr365
Conor had a vision for a fully connected mortgage platform, revolutionizing the mortgage journey from end to end, and bringing all relevant services – ID, income and address verification, fact find, sourcing, submission and retention – into one place, delivering maximum value to three key user groups: Advisors, Introducers and Clients. From this vision, Smartr365 was born
